Product short description

  • The adhesive is designed for adhesion of joints of Architectural Decor elements made of polyurethane and polystyrene foam.
  • The adhesive layer can be colored.
  • Positioning correction is possible.
  • Cartridge 290 ml./ Tube 60 ml.

Composition:

Hybrid polymers, mineral fillers, functional additives. Pasty mass of white color.

Preliminary requirements:

surface must be clean, dry, degreased and dust-free.

Working conditions:

ambient temperature -10°С or more for the duration of work and for next 24 hours. Relative air humidity 40% or more.

Method of application:

remove dust from the surface with slightly wet cloth. Apply adhesive on whole surface of one item, hold items in position, press hard and hold for 4-5 seconds. Remove the excess of glue immediately after gluing. Use finishing paper after the full drying of adhesive. You can reposition items within 30 minutes after adhesive application. Full hardening takes 24 hours.

Shelf life:

24 months from the date of production in a sealed packaging in a dry and cool place, at temperatures between +5°С to +25°С. Freezing of the glue is allowed at temperatures not below -30°С with the following defrostation in a warm room without active heating with a drying fan, radiators, etc. (not more than 5 cycles).

Safety precautions:

in case of contact of glue with the eyes rinse them thoroughly and consult with the doctor immediately, as for the rest observe common industrial safety rules. Doesn’t require fixation after gluing
